FIVE-STAR SUMMER CAMP
August 16 -20, 2010
9:00am-4:00pm
Ages 10-16
$300 per week

Basketball camp includes Five-Star’s World Famous Instruction covering individual fundamentals, offensive and defensive technique and drills, competitive situations, team concepts, ideology and games. The players will be broken down into teams and will play a mini-season.

LUNCH
Lunch is available to purchase at our Sports Cafe. All campers have a choice of a
nutritious hot or cold meal. A variety of desserts, beverages and fruits are available. Lunches will be refrigerated for campers who choose to bring their own.

THINGS TO BRING
A sports bag containing basketball shoes, shorts, towels and at least two t-shirts per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Prior to May 1 payments will be refundable in full (minus a $50 cancellation fee). Cancellations after May 1 are non-refundable.

Five-Star Speed and Strength Camp gives you the keys to physical development and an individual workout plan to continue throughout your career. The only program that marries physical development to what is needed in basketball.

FIVE-STAR VERTICAL JUMP SCHOOL FEATURING JOE STOLZER*
Sunday’s program will be dedicated to the Vertical Jump School. Get the techniques and program to improve your vertical 2-3 inches.
*Do both programs for only $120.
