Lacrosse Development Program

Full Field – 20 kids per class

 

 

 

 

Varsity Coach Brendan Curran and his staff will run a lacrosse program geared toward varsity level players.

Each session will consist of 20 minutes of small group work according to position and the remaining 40 minutes will be spent in a controlled scrimmage environment.

Each 20 minute session will address  individual offensive skills such as passing, shooting, dodging and field awareness. Defensive sessions will address foot work, stick skills, proper sliding techniques and smart checks. Team defense and offense will be stressed in the scrimmages.

$160 per participant fee

Coach Brendan Curran has over 30 years of lacrosse experience. He was first team, all-conference midfielder at SUNY Cortland where he played in two NCAA Division III National Championship games.

For 10 years, he was the Scarsdale High School Varsity lacrosse coach and in 1997 was awarded Coach of the Year by the Hudson Valley Lacrosse Coaches' Association.

He is currently the head coach at North Salem High School. Brendan is the founder and president of the North Salem Youth Lacrosse Club and also the founder and program director for Renegades Lacrosse, a well known summer program that has travel teams comprised of players ranging in age from 12 -17.
