Hope you & your families had an enjoyable Thanksgiving! Attached is latest 'contact list' & schedule through Christmas break. **Please note that the following 7/8 grade teams have a game scheduled at North County, in Danbury (C1, C3, C4, C10, C12, C14). **Also, on Saturdays, if you park anywhere near the Dry Cleaner, next to North County, they will have your car towed....... please also make your parents aware of this situation. My apologies for not getting the schedule out earlier.
Reminders: No body checking; Penalties for grade 3/4 & 5/6 result in fast breaks.....grade 7/8 & HS play man down; Control your players & allow the officials to referee the game; Please clean you sideline after each game.
**Please make sure to confirm your game each week with your opponent, every year we have teams not show because they read the schedule wrong!!

Dear Lacrosse Coaches, Parents and Players:
This winter there will be an opportunity for Boys & Girls to play in an Indoor Lacrosse League in 2 different locations: The Brewster Sports Center 845-278-2040 (next to the Brewster Ice Arena) and North County Sports 203-744-3358 (near the Danbury Mall). There will be multiple Divisions determined by grade level: Bantam 3&4; Junior 5&6; Modified 7&8; JV 9&10; Varsity 10-12. This year you will ‘Rate your Team’ to provide more equal competition. I expect these leagues to fill up fast (teams were closed out last 6 years); so Register Early to secure a spot.
*Registration Fee: $2200/team(Grades 3/4 & 5/6); $2400/team (Grades 7/8 & HS) for 10 game schedule. Fee includes 16 reversible jerseys per team; jerseys are required game uniform. Additional jerseys may be purchased for $12 each. Since fees are assessed on a per team basis, the League will not be responsible for individual refunds. If a team does not have required number of players at game time a $50 forfeit fee will be assessed.
**LATE FEE! $100 late fee will be assessed for registrations received after 10/21/11.
One Check for the full team fee made payable to: Ultra Lacrosse will reserve a place in the league; however, completed forms (Waiver & Release of Liability; and Certificate of Insurance) must be received by 10/28/10 to be placed on the game schedule!
Certificates of Insurance must name Brewster Sports Center, 19 Sutton Place; Brewster, NY 10509 & North County Sports, 36 Kenosia Ave; Danbury, CT 06810 as additional insured. Certificates of Insurance may be obtained from Bollinger Insurance (800-350-8005) at: www.bollingerlax.com click on certificate request form. All players in this league must be members of USLacrosse active through March, 2012. Teams in both facilities will play 8 on 8 full field (Boys: limit of 3 long sticks per team on the field @ one time; no long sticks for grade 3-4, & 5-6 ). Games will consist of two 25 minute running time halves. Regular lacrosse balls will be used and teams must be accompanied by an adult supervisor on their sideline. Equipment is supplied by individual players as required by Federation rules; mouthpieces are required. Body Checks will not be allowed. Only turf shoes or sneakers will be allowed on the Fieldturf surface. Food & Drinks (except water) will NOT be allowed in the Turf area!
*Brewster Sports Center League information, directions, schedules, changes, cancellations etc. will be posted at: www.brewstersportscenter.com League play on Saturdays from 8am-10pm & Sundays at various times between 8:00am-8:00pm (HS level option Wednesdays 6-9pm) starting Nov. 16, ‘11 through March 11, 2012. This will be a competitive league with scoring recorded on an electric scoreboard.
*North County Sports www.northcountysports.net will host League play for 3rd-4th & 5th-6th grade levels on Saturdays: 9:00am-9:00pm & Sundays: 9am-2pm starting Nov. 12, ‘11 through March 4, 2012.
Any player whose actions are deemed detrimental to the league may, at the discretion of the director, be suspended from the league without refund. FIGHTING and UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED !!
