MENTAL EDGE
“It’s all mental”. How many times have you heard this said from another coach, maybe you have even said it yourself? Get the “Mental Edge” – the difference that makes the difference in concentration under pressure. Learn the mental strategies that are needed to be successful. Learn to execute skills that so far have been out of reach. Like any athletic skill, mental skills are learned; they require expertise, practice and effort.

Pro teams, college teams, and corporations across the country are doing it. Step outside of your normal practice and do something different to help build team chemistry? Get that edge on the other hard working teams?
The goal for the team is to challenge each player’s assumptions about success and teamwork, and to instill a new awareness through our training about ways to improve their performance.

Spend a day here at the Brewster Sports Center, the first part of the day with Action Centered Training, Inc in an action filled seminar building concepts listed above and the second part of the day have your team practice here at our State of the Art Facility.
